Badges and Tickets 

All Delegation Registration forms should be submitted to Emily Call ecall@ausa.org by September 19th. 

Each delegation is given an allotment of tickets for events at the Annual Meeting. Please refer to the Key Information document to see ticket allotments for each event. Tickets must be reserved to confirm participation. Additional tickets will be available for purchase.

Badges and tickets must be picked up onsite at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center during Registration hours. Badges will not be pre-printed or distributed prior to Registration opening. Delegations are welcome to schedule an appointment for ticket and badge pickup starting on Friday, October 7th. Appointments can be made HERE


Housing 

AUSA is holding a limited number of rooms at the Cambria Suites Washington, DC Convention Center and the Grand Hyatt Washington, rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Use the link below to get started.
