Registration & Ticket Sales

On-line Badge Registration is open for all Attendees and Exhibitors through Tuesday, 4 October 2022 at 2000 hrs.  

On-site registration will open at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center on Friday, 7 October 2022.  Badges and tickets can only be picked up at the convention center.

The 2022 AUSA Annual Meeting is free; all attendees and exhibitors must have a badge to enter. 

All Attendees and Exhibitors must be 100% vaccinated against COVID-19 to attend the AUSA Annual Meeting.  By registering, you acknowledge that is it your own responsibility to be well-informed about changes in COVID-19 policies regarding the 2022 AUSA Annual Meeting and will follow the most current COVID-19 health and safety rules of this event, which are subject to change up to start of the event.

As a private association, AUSA reserves the right to deny admission or to cancel any registration without explanation. Registrants at AM 2022 should have an “identifiable relationship” with AUSA. The following are examples of acceptable demonstrations of such a relationship:

  • AUSA Membership 
  • Any member of the US Armed Forces or their immediate family
  • Employee of an exhibiting company
  • Employee of an AUSA National Partner or Community Partner
  • Civilian or contracted employee of the Federal Government
  • Member of a designated U.S. military or veteran association
  • Member of the military forces of foreign nations, or civilian embassy employee
  • Military Cadet (service academies or JROTC, ROTC, OCS)
  • Media with press credentials
  • Member of a Federal, State, Tribal or municipal law enforcement agency, a firefighter, or an EMT/EMS

Ticket Sales will open soon

  • VIP-invited guest ticket links will be emailed during the last 2 weeks of August 2022.  If you are a VIP and have not received your link to reserve 2022 Annual Meeting tickets by 1 September, please contact the AUSA Operations Center:

  • Invited International VIPs: the link to reserve international tickets will be emailed to attaches in August 2022.  If you need the link resent to you, please contact Emily Call at

  • National Partner Ticket Sales:  the link to reserve National Partner tickets will be emailed to each National Partner company POC in August 2022.  If you need the link resent to you, please contact Lynette Nichols at

  • AUSA Chapter Ticket Sales:  Chapters will receive instructions and a ticket order form through "News You Can Use" in August 2022.  If you need the order form resent to you, please contact Chapter Support at

AUSA DOES NOT distribute attendee lists or attendee information and DOES NOT offer list rental services.  AUSA Show Management encourages you to be aware of organizations who may try to sell AUSA attendee lists to you. Like many trade shows today, the AUSA  Annual Meeting is targeted by unethical businesses that may scrape email addresses from our website to contact our attendees and exhibitors about list rentals and other sales offers.  We do not authorize this practice.  If you receive solicitations, please ignore and delete the emails.
