Pre-Registration for the AUSA Annual Meeting is NOW CLOSED

Onsite registration opens Friday, 8 October at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center (WEWCC) located at 801 Mt Vernon Pl NW, Washington, DC 20001.

  • The AUSA Annual Meeting is free to attend
  • all attendees, speakers, and exhibitors must have a badge to enter
  • masks are required throughout the convention center
  • All attendees and exhibitors must be 100% vaccinated against COVID-19
  • Upload vaccination cards though SAFE EXPOTM , AUSA's Official Health and Safety partner, until 7 October.
  • After 7 October, attendees will be required to show proof of vaccination at registration
  • Ticket reservations are now closed
  • Attendees that paid for a ticketed event will be refunded by the end of October

VACCINATION REQUIREMENT

All participants including attendees, exhibitors, staff, press, vendors,?and?any other?participants are required to?provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination.? Only vaccines authorized and recommended by the Centers for Disease and Prevention for use in the United States can be used as proof of vaccination. A vaccination is considered to be “full” once two weeks have passed from the date of the second dose of a two-dose vaccination (Moderna or Pfizer-BioNTech/Comirnaty) or once two weeks have passed from the first dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccination.

ANNUAL MEETING INVITATIONS

Annual Meeting invitations were emailed to VIP guests on 18 September 2021. If you believe you are an invited guest and did not receive the email, you may have previously asked to opt out of AUSA emails.  Your event tickets can be coordinated on-site at West Registration  starting on 8 October at 0800.

  • 8 October - 13 October 2021 - Registration and ticket pickup for VIPs, National Partners, and Regions/Chapters opens at the WEWCC 
  • 11-13 October 2021 - 2021 AUSA Annual Meeting
ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENT

The AUSA Annual Meeting is not open to the public. As a private association, AUSA reserves the right to deny admission or to cancel any admission without explanation. All registrants at the AUSA Annual Meeting must provide proof of identity by a Government issued photo ID and must demonstrate that they have an “identifiable relationship” with the U.S. Army. examples of acceptable relationship demonstrations:

  • AUSA Membership 
  • Any member of the US Armed Forces or their immediate family 
  • Employee of an exhibiting company 
  • Employee of an AUSA National Partner or Community Partner 
  • Civilian or contracted employee of the Federal Government
  • Member of a designated military or veteran association 
  • Member of the military forces of foreign nations, or civilian embassy employee 
  • Military Cadet (service academies or JROTC/ROTC, OCS) 
  • Invited guest of AUSA Show Management
  • Media/Press
  • Member of a Federal, State, Tribal or municipal law enforcement agency, a firefighter, or an EMT/EMS
