On-Line Badge Pre-registration is open: 15 July - 5 October 2021
On-Site Registration and Ticket Sales will reopen on Friday, 8 October 2021 at the Washington Convention Center
Badge registration will not be available from 6-7 October 2021.
Annual Meeting is free; all attendees, speakers, and exhibitors must have a badge to enter. 


*VIP-invited guests to the Annual Meeting will receive an invitation email in late August 2021, with a link to register and select tickets.  If you believe you are an invited guest and do not receive the email invitation by 7 September 2021, please notify the AUSA Operations Center at opstemp@ausa.org or meetings@ausa.org

As a private association, AUSA reserves the right to deny admission or to cancel any registration without explanation. Registrants at the AUSA AM 2021 should have an “identifiable relationship” with AUSA. The following are examples of acceptable demonstrations of such a relationship:

  • AUSA Membership 
  • Any member of the US Armed Forces or their immediate family 
  • Employee of an exhibiting company 
  • Employee of an AUSA National Partner or Community Partner 
  • Civilian or contracted employee of the Federal Government
  • Member of a designated military or veteran association 
  • Member of the military forces of foreign nations, or civilian embassy employee 
  • Military Cadet (service academies or JROTC/ROTC, OCS) 
  • Media 
  • Member of a Federal, State, Tribal or municipal law enforcement agency, a firefighter, or an EMT/EMS

CHAPTER LEADERS: Reserve your tickets through the Chapter Ticket Request Form.  

NATIONAL PARTNERS: Reserve your company’s tickets through the National Partner Ticket Request Form(do not use this form if you are not the POC in charge of purchasing your company’s tickets).  Booth Staff badges may be obtained through the Exhibitor Service Center:  ESC
