All participants including attendees, exhibitors, staff, press, vendors,?and?any other?participants are required to?provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination.? Only vaccines authorized and recommended by the Centers for Disease and Prevention for use in the United States can be used as proof of vaccination. A vaccination is considered to be “full” once two weeks have passed from the date of the second dose of a two-dose vaccination (Moderna or Pfizer-BioNTech/Comirnaty) or once two weeks have passed from the first dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccination.
Annual Meeting invitations were emailed to VIP guests on 18 September 2021. If you believe you are an invited guest and did not receive the email, you may have previously asked to opt out of AUSA emails. Your event tickets can be coordinated on-site at West Registration starting on 8 October at 0800.
The AUSA Annual Meeting is not open to the public. As a private association, AUSA reserves the right to deny admission or to cancel any admission without explanation.
