GENERAL HOUSING:

AUSA  housing for 2025 LANPAC Symposium and Exposition is closed.  AUSA has contracted a competitive group rate with discounted resort fees at the Sheraton Waikiki and the Royal Hawaiian. Please note the website will not reflect the discounted resort fee of $34. 

AUSA's hotel block is now closed. Please contact the hotel directly for reservations. 

 

PER DIEM HOUSING: 

Do you qualify for per diem housing? AUSA has contracted with the Sheraton Waikiki for a limited number of per diem rooms. Please note, those that request per diem rated rooms will be expected to show proof of eligibility upon check-in. If you are concerned about your eligibility, please contact AUSA housing staff at eventhousing@ausa.org. If you select a per diem room and do not qualify, we cannot guarantee a room for you upon arrival. Please note housing website will not reflect waived resort fee. Per diem housing is available 11 May through 17 May. If you need to extend housing beyond those dates, please book within those dates first and then contact AUSA.

If you have been designated a keynote or panelist at the 2025 LANPAC Symposium and Exposition, please reach out to Colleen Stembridge at cstembridge@ausa.org for a specific housing link. 
 

HOUSING ALERT! BE AWARE:

Please be aware companies may contact you and indicate that they are affiliated with AUSA and this event. They will also claim to offer hotels at ‘reduced’ rates. These companies are not affiliated in any way with AUSA, and we highly recommend that you do not use their services. At past events, exhibitors and attendees have used these companies and lost deposits or did not receive the hotel rooms they reserved. AUSA is the ONLY authorized hotel reservations contact. If you receive solicitations from other companies, please forward them to EventHousing@ausa.org.

PARKING:

Sheraton Waikiki: Self-Parking is available In the Sheraton Waikiki Beach Parking Garage for a fee of $45.00 per vehicle per day. Valet Parking is available for $55.00 per vehicle per day. Prices are subject to change.
Event Parking: Same day event parking at no more than $15 per day (self parking).
The Royal Hawaiian: Self-Parking is available at The Royal Hawaiian for $45.00 per vehicle per day and valet available at $55.00. Price subject to change.

The Sheraton Waikiki is located 9 miles from the Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL) in Waikiki. Estimated taxi fare: 50 USD (one way).
