National Partner	$51 per sq.ft.
Community Partner (must be 5 or 10 Membership Level)	$61 per sq.ft.
Non-Member	$76 per sq.ft.
Government/Military	$25 per sq.ft.

 

A 10% deposit is due when reserving booth space, the remaining balance is due on November 1.  After November 1, 2024, full payment is required with all booth reservations.

Cancellation/Space Reduction Policy

Cancellations or space reductions must be received via email.  Refunds will be based on the following schedule:
•    On or before November 1, 2024: full refund, less the 10% non-refundable deposit.
•    After November 1: NO REFUNDS
