Starting 7 May 2025, US travelers must be REAL ID compliant to board domestic flights..


Who May Attend? 

AUSA LANPAC is not open to the public. As a private association, AUSA reserves the right to deny admission or to cancel any admission without explanation. All registrants must provide proof of identity by a Government-issued photographic ID (military ID, valid US driver’s license, CAC, or Passport) and must demonstrate that they have an “identifiable relationship” with the U.S. Army. Following are examples of acceptable demonstrations of such a relationship:
· AUSA Member
· Any member of the US Armed Forces or their immediate family (age 13 and over)
· Employee of a sponsoring company
· Employee of an AUSA National Partner or Community Partner
· Civilian or contracted employee of the Federal Government
· Member of a U.S. military or veteran association
· Member of the military forces of foreign nations, or civilian embassy employee
· Military Cadet (service academies, JROTC/ROTC, and OCS)
· Media
· Member of a Federal, State, Tribal or municipal law enforcement agency, a firefighter, or an EMT/EMS

Where can I register?

Where do I find my registration receipt? 

Receipts can be obtained through the Registration Resource Center. You may also use this link to upgrade your registration to full conference or add lunches. Your registration confirmation contains the LANPAC badge number and email address required to access the RRC.

What are the exhibit hall hours?

How do I obtain professional development credit for attending LANPAC?

AUSA’s commitment to professional development includes seminars and special presentations on the issues affecting today’s Army. Please refer to the symposium agenda for the latest schedule. Army National Guard and United States Army Reserve personnel attending program sessions are authorized one retirement credit for each day’s attendance if at least four hours are spent in program sessions in uniform (reference NGR 680-2 and Army Regulations 140-1 and 140-185). Recommend personnel be placed on orders in a non-pay status to document time.

 

Are meeting rooms available at LANPAC?

We have a Pop-Up meeting room available in 30 minute time blocks, on a first come, first served basis.  Reservations will be taken at the Registration Help Desk.

 

Are there refreshment breaks and lunch provided?

There will be morning refreshments and mid-day receptions with lunch served on Tuesday, 13 May and Wednesday, 14 May in the Exibit Halls (Hawaii Ballroom and Honolulu Suite).

 

How do I obtain the briefing charts used during the sessions? 

If available, electronic copies of the briefing charts will be available online approximately two weeks after the symposium at www.ausa.org, under “Meetings & Events” and by clicking on “Past Events”. 

 

Do you validate parking at the Sheraton? 

A discount on parking will be available, the validation station is near the escalator in the Ballroom Foyer.
 

Attendee List Rental Services Alert -- Be aware of Unauthorized Providers

Like many trade shows today, AUSA is targeted by unethical businesses that may utilize valid email addresses from our website to contact our exhibitors about list rentals and other sales offers. AUSA Show Management encourages you to be aware of organizations who claim to have access to the AUSA’s attendee lists, as they may try to sell these lists to you. Please note: AUSA DOES NOT distribute or sell any attendee lists or attendee information and DOES NOT offer attendee list rental services.
